• The automation of all the departmental functions within the Hellenic Navy Hydrographic Service.
• The development of computer applications to support the rest of the departments of the service.
• The support of the Internet connectivity.
• The maintenance and continuous upgrading of the computer equipment, depanding the requests coming in from the rest of the divisions.
• The education of the staff on using the computers, the computer applications and the Information technology, in order to constantly upgrade the automated processes.
